you must do everyday exercise for all the limbs of body, ligaments, joints and organs. The exercise can be yogic or non yogic but pls do it with breathings. About food, food should be eaten light and organic but not non veg meal also not to eat the food which make gas into the stomuch and not drink ....
It was a deep, intensiv and chalenging experience. I have learned so much about yoga and about my self, but it was hard work. Im happy for the professionality and the quality I have found at PIYF. Thank you!!!

I liked a lot to take part of the huge knowledge of our teacher! and i liked the concentration during the lessons. I like to get these principals of yoga from the roots here during one month i watch how my flexibility and strength increases! I can do asana now, I never did before.
