How can i improve my flexibility and banancing asanas? i have also pain in glutues maximas muscle so, how can i improve it ?

To remove the muscle pain you should take ayurvedic herbs like asswagandha, mahayogaraj gugul, sheelajit. About food that which removes muscular pain. After being healthy should practice meditation and gazing it s help to improve balencing asana.

To improve insomania please practice Sheetali, Shitkari pranayam or deep breathing, everyday practce 6 rounds of sun salutation and 30 min morning / evening meditation.
